Salient Global Technologies (SGT) partners with multiple providers to give you a wide variety of shipping options. We ship from both our California and Texas warehouses.

SGT reserves the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred providers.

If you would like for your orders to be shipped on your company’s shipping accounts, please contact your SGT Account Manager to make arrangements,

Note that an order with multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses in multiple packages to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that provides the carrier(s) and tracking number(s) used to ship your order.

Damaged Items

When you receive your order, please check the packaging and items for any shipping damage. If you find that items have been damaged, please take photos or videos and reach out to your SGT Account Manager as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue quickly and your Account Manager will walk you through the next steps in the process.
