Need to Return a Product?
Please contact your Salient Global Technologies (SGT) account manager to initiate a return. We will require proof of purchase in the form of your original order number to start the return process.
Do not return products prior to contacting SGT to setup an RMA. All products shipped without a valid RMA are subject to refusal.
Below are SGT's general return guidelines; your return must meet these guidelines to be eligible for return:
The product was purchased directly from SGT.
The product is in new or like new condition and exhibits no physical damage.
All original product packaging (including manuals, accessories, etc.) must be included when the product is returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be acquired and set with the item being returned to SGT.
If any of the above requirements are not met, the item is not deemed faulty, or the product is not returned with prior approval, the return will be rejected and SGT will not be liable for any charges incurred.
To begin a return, you must initiate a return request in the allowable return window. This window begins once the order is shipped and the window is different based on the product. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for the return and replace service windows on products.
